Orders from this site ship directly from The Shabby Store (located in Bethlehem, PA).

We do batch processing for hundreds of orders every week. Lead time for all items is 4-8 days.

Orders placed on theshabbystore.com can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Orders placed on theshabbystore.com can be shipped worldwide. Shipping is based on calculated rates. Please be aware that international orders are subject to extra taxes/duties at the time of delivery. These are extra charges to be aware of when placing an international order.

At this time we only offer custom refinishing using the colors shown on our color chart (shown as an image in each listing).

We only offer one color for refinishing.

We use sandpaper to distress pieces in our shop to give them a "worn/aged" look. We use the same technique on each piece to ensure consistant distressing.

We want to make sure you love what you ordered! The Shabby Store® accepts returns within 30 days from confirmed delivery. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise to use a shipping method that will provide a tracking number to verify the return.

We will refund the cost of the item(s), less original shipping charges (if paid) within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving your return. We will issue a refund to the card used for the order.
